Donabe is Japanese ceramic dishware that can cook over an open flame, which would destroy any normal ceramic dish. This Ceramic Bowl is perfect for eating shabu shabu. Designed with vertical rbbing on the outside bottom-half of the bowl. Be sure to never add cold water to a hot donabe dish, or hot water to a cold donabe dish. Do not put in dishwasher or microwave.

Always wipe clean. If food is burned fill with water again, and boil again.
