I honestly thought I was going to get scammed, but my mom had broken this mug I'd gotten her years ago and was devastated so when this was the only place I could find it I decided to take my chances. However it was not. I got the mug in a very timely manner, and it was exactly what I ordered packaged up very well and my mom and I were very happy. I will most likely order from here again in the future.

I was given a white porcelain pour through many years ago. I have consistently ordered the special cone filters from Merae all these years, enjoying the quality. This gift is used almost everyday (sometimes I use French press) - the gift that keeps on giving!

a few adjustments to adapt to the v60 but after that it has been smooth and easy. The adjustment is using a paper filter again, but works really well and produces clean cups of coffee. A really nice setup and happy with the purchase.

A very, very short time later⁸ I received an email from Merae notifying me that my replacements were on their way to me.

We received our package today and the bowls were perfect, due in no small part to an incredible packaging job. Honestly, I don't remember if I've ever seen anything packaged so carefully.
